U.S. Only Restriction: Safari Dreams operates exclusively within the United States. We only accept orders from, sell to, and ship to customers located within the United States.

2. Accounts and Registration

3. Product Pricing and Availability

Discount Apparel & Footwear: We specialize in discount items. Due to the nature of off-price inventory, item quantities are often highly limited and may sell out quickly.
Pricing Errors: We strive for absolute accuracy, but errors in pricing or descriptions may occasionally occur. In the event a Product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or system error, Safari Dreams reserves the right to cancel or refuse any orders placed for that Product, even if the order has been confirmed and your payment method charged. If charged, we will promptly issue a full refund.
Colors and Sizing: We display Product colors and details as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display will perfectly reflect the actual color or fit of the product.

4. Orders, Payment, and Taxes

Order Acceptance: Receipts of order confirmations do not constitute our acceptance of an order. We reserve the right to limit order quantities or refuse service to any customer without prior notification.
Payment Processing: All payments must be made via our approved payment gateways during checkout. You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for the total amount of your order (including shipping).

5. Shipping and Delivery

We ship exclusively to valid physical addresses and USPS-approved locations within the United States. We do not ship internationally.
Risk of loss and title for the Products pass to you upon our delivery of the items to our third-party shipping carrier.
Delivery dates provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

6. Returns and Refunds

Our Return Policy is designed to be straightforward.
